On September 6, 2019, Zheng Yahui, director of the Criminal Law Department of our firm, was invited to hold a lecture on employee integrity education and training for Penguin Almond Group. In order to enhance the moral integrity of all employees of the company, promote clean employment, love and dedication, and also serve as the first lesson of Penguin Almond College. All employees of Penguin Almond Group in Shanghai headquarters, Beijing headquarters and Chongqing Company participated in this training activity through on-site and online means.
Lawyer Zheng Yahui first introduced the current situation of monitoring and anti-fraud in private enterprises, the general practices of anti-corruption in the industry, and explained the importance of clean practice. Introduced the Sunshine Integrity Alliance and China Anti-Fraud Alliance, sorted out the recent representative cases of illegal violations in the Internet industry, and shared them with the participants one by one.
